Bad service from store manager
My mom bought an iron at clicks in Mayfield square at Daveyton,she only used it for 2 weeks and it was licking water and tripping electricity,she then went back to exchange the iron they sent her back home refusing to exchange it for her she called me very heart broken saying she drove all the way there to come back with the very same iron that was not working. On Sunday the 12th of November 2017 in the afternoon I then took back the iron again,I found some guy who already knew the story about the iron and he tested the iron said it was working and refused to give me a new one saying it was hot,I then rep**** told him I never said it does not become hot but the is water coming out of the iron and it trips the electricity I refused to take the iron back and requested for a store manager he made a call and Neo the store manager came who already had an attitude, I was very angry as it is cause no one in her or his right mind will return something that has no problem or its working. I then explain what was the problem with so much bad attitude he responded and asked me if I was done explaining I then said yes then he never said anything to me spoke to the other guy went to the back took water and came back and he asked me with so much bad attitude "so u said it takes out water" while I was trying to demonstrate what the iron does he stopped me from demonstrating and said he knows what he is doing and I must leave him alone to do his job he got personal in a way that he ended up pointing fingers at me and telling me I'm very old to be shouting at him,he even told he's not a dog I will never say fetch and he'll never go running for people like me he even refused to call a area manager saying he does not know him ,he ended up living me in the store without offering any help they gave me a refund cause I was refusing to live the store .. never had such bad service from clicks ever in the years that I've started working and shopping from clicks. Clicks its a good store and it does not need such manager's they'll ruin the brand and the store's name I was very angry and very disappointed this Neo guy its soo much of a nonsense u need to take him back to training where he is thought how to handle and treat customers cause customers makes clicks not the other way round...
