Bad service from Pharmacy assistant

<p>On the 31st of July 2016, I went to Clicks pharmacy to get my prescription tablets where a script was loaded at the Clicks Chris Hani Mall in June for a repeat for July and August but according to Miss know it all Nolwazi the script was not loaded on the system without her even checking. When I went to the pharmacy that was assisting her name is Nolwazi and she was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't even look at the system or even try to assist me all she had was attitude for days. She was looking at me like I am some trash or something or maybe she thought that I cannot afford the pills by just looking at me. I am so disgusted with the way that woman carries herself towards the people who practically pay her salary. Her attitude was just saying to me I must go and get my pills where I loaded my script. I normally don't use the clicks pharmacy because I was happy with Dischem and it is for this reason. At a Pharmacy you expect people to be warm and welcoming because most of the time you are sick and frustrated when you go there and this woman called Nolwazi is not that she so cold and unwelcoming and worst of all she does not listen for understanding, she listens to answer and I think she is the wrong profession.</p>
