Bad Service from Malesela the Manager

I have just received a shocking and poor service from the manager named Malesela in Randburg Square, his staff opened set of battery to test Fluff Shaver, his swapping machine wasn't working. Had to get cash from ATM and on my return I did not want the battery anymore. Your manager waisted 20min of my time, telling me how wrong I am not to buy his opened batteries by his staff, and even had a nerve to ask how would I feel if it was my store, arrogant, rude, *********** manager he is, I almost canceled everything out of frustration but he eventually removed batteries after I requested to leave everything behind due his attitude. After I informed I'm going to complain on social media, he still continued calling me names like im unfair customer infront of staff and other customers and told me how he will call and apologize even if I complain and it will be meaningless for him but his teaching me a lesson for future reference, he gave me a go ahead to complain as a sign that he doesn't care!!!. As a Bank manager, I am very disappointed with one of your manager, his level of incompetence is going to cost you big time!!! I'm going to complain on most social media as he acknowledged!!! Please don't bother getting him to call me, clearly he doesn't care at all!! I WANT HIM REMINDED THAT HE DOESN'T OWN THE STORE AND APOLOGIZE TO HIS STAFF FOR LEADING BY BAD EXAMPLE!!!
