Bad service from Greenstone

<p>I went to Clicks Greenstone today, purchased a couple of things, as I was on my lunch hour I did not take my full wallet, when I got to the till the manager refused to assist by entering my clubcard number manually. Very unfriendly she said she is not allowed to do this as someone else can be using my card number for claims. ALL other Clicks I have went to assisted me manually without this issue when I did not have my card with me. I don't have an issue that you need to have your card when using points but surely this should not be an issue when trying to earn points, why on earth would anybody let someone else earn their points?? Very disappointed with the service received by this manager Xolosile.</p>
