Bad service from Clicks Waterfall Mall

I bought a Russell Hobbs iron on the 26th March 2018 and used it for one day. The next day it fall down. The iron is not working anymore. I was out of town on the 27th so my Husband went to Clicks and bought another iron. I then went to Clicks on Friday to return the iron and Lerato Rashilo at Customer Care said they cannot assist and her attitude was also very bad. I need them to replace the iron. It has 2 years Russell Hobbs warranty and 1 year with Clicks.
