Bad service from Clicks Jubilee Mall Pharmacist

A pharmacist by the name of Mandlamuki Shivambu refused to assist me even though I had explained my predicament to her. From time to time I struggle with heavy periods as a result of having an Intrauterine Copper device and a solution my Dr prescribed Yaz contraceptive pills for me to use whenever I experience heavy and irregular menses.

I came with a three month prescription and was forced by her to save it on the system. I remember she’s the same pharmacist that assisted me on that day. Today I come to collect my pillz as I’m experiencing heavy/irregular menses again and she refused to assist me saying my prescription expired.

I know in such cases she can use her discretion and assist me but she refused and sends me to the doctor to get a new prescription even though she’s the one who forcefully saved my prescription on the system. I could’ve had that prescription on me and went to collect my meds from other pharmacies. Now I must go consult AGAIN, further exhausting my medical savings which could be used for other emergency cases. I am highly disappointed in Clicks Jubilee Mall and I will never get any medication from them going forward.
