Bad Service From Clicks in King William's Town, Metlife mall

I bought R60 mtn airtime at Clicks wheni tried to laod the airtime gave an error "invalid" i then called mtn they told me that the pin n the voucher number is invalid so i must go back to Clicks they need to give me a new airtime. I then called clicks spoke with Asive who claimed that the manager is not there, she asked that i send her ee the slip i did and sbe said she wilm get back to me. An hourr later without feedback i called again spoke with Onke who asked that i wait he need to speak with Asive to find out what has she done so far regarding my query, waited for more than 30 minutes i then heard a female voice in the background asking where Onke is then the fone was dropped.
