Bad service from Clicks Dobsonville Mall

Very poor and managed customer service from Clicks Dobsonville Mall. First one gets to the store and security staff tell me to go outside of the mall to join the line to go in the store. I didn’t mind that but where outside at the park lot? When I ask the security guard gets on my case. I think maybe I was wrong to ask a simple question where. The clicks staff didn’t even bother to come outside the store and assist us. Take us outside where you want us to go que. They never cared. When we were eventually taken outside the was no que it was empty.

Secondly we waited for almost 45 minutes outside while we were at the beginning on que. Service at Dobsonville Mall Clicks I s very poor. I will never ever again use this Clicks because of the poor service. I expected the staff from Clicks to go and talk to us not to let the security guard from fidelity which is not Clicks to come and bully us around.
