bad service from clicks customer service and taking long to deliver my goods

13 days ago my order has been on its way to me and i message these guys to ask what is happening with my order and everytime i get a ticket number from their customer service department but no one gives me any update ot evens calls me, what bad customer service this and its not like the delivery is for free i paid a R60 for the delivery and they state 3 days max for delivery, i feel like this is just bad customer service and i wouldnt advise anyone to order from you people online since this is the service that we pay for. Please let me know when i will be getting my order that i have paid for, this is really frustrating, i really expect a better service since you are not a small company.
