Bad service from Clicks

Ordered a food steamer on or about the 24/12/2021 from Clicks in Somerset mall which was on sale. They did not have stock left at the time but said they would arrange one for us.

Did not hear anything from them for a week. Contacted to enquire as to whether it was ready for collection only to be told they do not have a record of such an order.

Was then told they would investigate and get back to us but to date havent had any feedback.

This unacceptable as the outlet was advertising a product on sale which they did not have any stock of firstly and second of all made commitment to have one delivered but then did not honour that commitment and made no effort to communicate anything at anytime.

Really poor service delivery for such a well known brand
