Bad Service from click

I went to click in Jubile Mall this pass Weekend 8 December 2018. I left my Mom on the waiting seat as we forgot her proscription letter. I went to the parking and when I came baklck after 7 or 8 minutes my Mother was still on that same chair I left her on. Then I notice that there's 2 tills open but this other till there was an employee but he was busy with his cellphone, I waited until the guy finish on the other till fish n called us, after a minute or more the same guy that was on his phone smiling he finishes playing on his phone n call another costumer, then I asked the guy who was helping me "sorry my man is guy that was playing n smiling on his phone he's on duty" n this guy said I can't answer that cos he's my manager, then I call his manager n he told me there's nothing he can do now he will address this on monday? The guy on the phone is ZANDILE MTHUNZI. 2day if Thursday my Mother is still waiting 4 her eye drops from yhr
