Bad service from a rude pharmacy staff.

I went to Springs Mall Clicks now on such a happy day but all changed when I got to the pharmacy there. I waited in a queue for my turn to be served but I got to this horrible guy things went bad. I told him I do not know the pills I'm looking for but I know how they look. He asked me what are they for I told him. I further explained that the box is green and I think it logit or something as there log in the name but I'm not sure. He that me that I need a script for them, I told I do not provide a script when I buy them, I then suggested that he checks under my profile as I get them at Springs Mall always. He was already annoyed but went to check on my profile. He then told me that the pills I'm looking for is peplog and not logit. I asked him if the box is green but he ignored me and went to check at the back. He came back and said that they do not have them. I said OK, but as I as about to leave he said something that was very hurtful and insensitive, he told me that in future I need to learn to listen to people, which I do not even know where that came from. I told him that is being rude and very disrespectful towards me and I do not appreciate it. He still insisted and I immediately ask to see the manager on duty. He said I should go and wait elsewhere for the manager and I told him that I am not going anywhere without speaking to him manager. He further embarrassed me by calling the next colleague and telling her that I refuse to leave with other clients listening. From a happy day to a moment where I left the store in tears as I failed to understand what just happened. I shop in this clicks but this guy's is definitely in the wrong field as he knows nothing about customer service and Im truly disappointed at clicks for hiring a person like this. The manager eventually came but did not understand what this guy did to me on women's day. Shame on him for treating like this. He is very rude and disrespectful. I'm not happy about this.
