Bad service

On Saturday, i went to click to buy small things , when i got to the till, the guy told me i have -30 rands that i need to pay.

I said to him negative from where because i always buy cash., he rep**** , he does not know.

I said to him no problem i will call the clicks customer service. Yesterday the 1st of July 2024, i called the clicks customer service and lady i spoke to said, i first purchased at quagga which cash back was used, and on another occasion, the cash back was used again, when i purchased, at attlyn,.

Now my question to you clicks who is at fault? i will not be held liable, for someone who did not their job right. whoever created this mess will pay that -30. you must escalate this and give me answers, because, i will not pay that 30rand
