BAD Service

Worst online experience with clicks, I buy two fans from them gets delivered, one has no base. so i send my wife to clicks take it to the store, sorry we need a invoice the packing slip wont work . so i call the centre, and ask for an invoice. you need to tell them to call us when you in store thats what the first person says, i send my staff to go there sorry we cant call the call centre and we need a invoice. then call centre offline for 30 min. finally call centre again second person says we need to log it first then transfers me back to first person who then NOW logs it to get the invoice sent to me. my staff is standing in the clicks for 45 min, i wasted up to an hour will not be buying from clicks online again and dont recomend anyone. ask to speak to a manager, they wont let me. you guys need to fix your customer sevice
