Bad Service

I was very disappointed to see customers being sent away by security at 1H45 stating that its closed they are only helping those that are inside whereas the trading hours shows they are closing at 14h00. It was 21st Sunday at Nonesi Mall in Queenstown. Security blocked the entrance with the trolleys and you can view the footage you will see this.
