Bad service everytime

I went to Clicks at Parkview centre over the weekend. I was asking for assitance at the cosmetics 3 times. The manager called Lebo-she just didnt come. After waiting a long time-I told the manage that ther service is pathetic and I left. Today I went back again and try again. Still nobody at the cosmetics to help. At the tills there was only 2 cashiers and people waiting the be helped. I confronted the managers (Vuyani and Lucky who were singing loudly in store) and told them my issue (again). Lebo surfaced after I pressume she heard my complaining. Apparently she was on tea. (At 4:20?) Pathetic service-wont go again.
