BAD SERVICE

I went to Clicks Festival Mall during Lunch Time, as it is close to work to get my sons medication, there was 7 people waiting at the Pharmacy and 1 (ONE) person behind the counter, taking her time as well. Then I looked at the Tills and there was 1 (ONE) person. What kind of service does Clicks offer to their customers?????
