Bad service

I had a very bad experience at Clicks, so I decided to purchase my toiletries online for a change last week on the 21st of March hoping to get them in 3 days, 3 days passed still my order hasn't been processed then I call them some lady on the line hangs up on me, I call again no body picks up, on the 24th I call them again only for them to escalate my order, on Friday I missed a call from the delivery guy then I call her back and she promised to deliver my things before 5pm but thatended up not happening. Today I get an email that my things are out for delivery and I got another message that says my things have been delivered, to who I don't know. Till today I still don't have my toiletries, my needs.
