bad service

I've been shopping at this clicks branch for as long as I can remember but recently certain items are out of stock for a long example I buy dr. lee products like the rubbing gel & patches I have been to this branch 3 weeks in a row coz I live +- 5km away & the the 6 pack patches are not there for 3 weeks so I asked the pharmacist & she said check with front linestaff. there was a supervisor at the tills and said she'll ask the staff member whose in charge of that department I waited 5 minutes and asked her again & she said the person is checking.... checking for what it's not on the shelf other dr lee products are there even the 2 pack patches so I waited another +-7 minutes & got fed up & walk away this is the the service loyal customer get no that's pathetic you guys know
