Bad service delivery

I went to Clicks Forist Hill Mall on the 11 June 2020 and was very angry at the service i recieved. Firstly the Pharmacy told me they do not have Prodol until I insisted they check again and asked another pharmacist. I then recieved the prodol after waitin so long. When i wanted to pay for the prodol and calpol as my baby is teething they refused to take my R100 of R5 coins. They said the rule of the shop is not to take coins only when the shop opens in the morning. The Manager was also present but could not confirm or deny the statement from her staff. It was until I inform they I will file a complaint they started to help me. Iv been a client of Clicks over 18years never have I recieved such bad service.
