Bad Service Delivery

I am Mr S.M. Sampson, I've bought an item online on 28/11/18 and ever since than i have not received anything. Your online website shows item dispatched since 03/12/18 as we are on 07/12/18 already.

This was a gift for someone and after a week and a half, nothing was delivered at the Clicks Erica Square, Belhar.

This is my first time using Clicks online and the service is a disgrace compare to other stores.

To top it off, the money was deducted from my account the very same day, but nothing has been delivered.

I used my airtime to phone your store today to find out if the package was delivered, which was not.

I NEED THIS MATTER RESOLVED NO LONGER THAN TODAY. (The email i sent today)

I just spoke to their customer service which could not help me at all. Telling me, i must go to the store and speak to the store manager to arrange something. After i phoned the store, sent 4 emails and phoned customer service. A waste of my time and money. I am disgusted with their service and online service.
