Bad Service

On the 26th of November went to iClicks to order Instaframe and I was told I will get it on Friday the 29th but because I was not in a rush to get it I didn't follow up why they didn't call me on Friday the 29th and I was told that I will receive an email with attachment of the sample so that I can approve it before they print, they then called me on Monday the 2nd of December in the morning telling me that I have to pick up the Frame the following day which is Tuesday today, I had to remind them that they didn't send me the sample so that I can see if it is what I have ordered before they print, shame they did send the sample and we made changes. Today when I get to work I sent an email asking what time should I go to their store and pick up the frame and they said at 15:00, I got there at 15:15 and when I got there their crew was lost about what I was talking about up until I showed them the email and they look at each other didn't know what to say. I asked them if the frame has arrived they said no the delivery man was supposed to be there at 14:00, I then asked them to call him because I had to go back to work and when I ordered the frame I told them that I am closing at work today the frame needs to be here before I close. I asked the crew to call their delivery guy just to check how far he is, the guy that was calling the delivery guy dialed the number and left to the other room and came back saying he can't get hold of him and they told me that there's nothing they can do they are just a crew and you could see that they don't care, there was no apology instead the guy that called the delivery guy was rude the way he answered me when I asked what must I do because I will not be able to go back there and I spent money on Uber from Khayelitsha to their store and came back without the frame. I asked the number of the delivery guy so that I can call him and ask how far is he, I was told that they are not going to do that, I should wait for an sms then come back some other time. I am not happy with the service that I recieved from iClicks.
