bad service

I is worrying and appalling and disturbing the service i just got from Clicks Dawsonville Centre, I went in to buy pain tablets there were more than twenty customers being served by one staff member, as an employee of the mall I'm not supposed to que because all the stores have a staff till, How can there can be a staff till when 20 customers are served by one person, it's very some service at Clicks Dobsonville
