Bad service

I was at Clicks Clearwater today boy did I struggle and get **** too. I emailed my prescription as I have lupus, rhemutoid arthritis and hypothyrodism. My records are on the system take the same medication nothing out of the ordinary. I have used the same script even at different pharmacy’s funny I don’t ever get his bad service at Dischem it seems like a Clicks thing yet I spend R1000’s at Clicks. Anyway I emailed my script for my regular medication which I needed to take tonight if not I break out in a terrible fever my body starts fighting against me resulting in me been bed ridden could potentially affect my job and thus leading to a higher unemployment rate let alone God forbid be hospitalised or faint in Clicks due to lack of meds this has happened to me before I have blacked out in a shop only to wake up on the floor. So despite explaining and showing email proof and trail of the script proving that it’s within the right timeframe I was met with an aggressive pharmacist who refused to assist. He kept saying it’s old I showed the proof of the date to correspond with what the email says he still refused to assist. He then told me this is strong medication I then rep**** so you understand the importance of me taking it to which I actually think people are oblivious to the fact of that. So who will be held responsible if I had to faint or my body attack me due to a pharmacist not wanting to assist mind you again only seems to occur at Clicks. People sign hippo-critic oaths but don’t stick to them. He then said he will call the doctor not sure if he did he then **** and said the receptionist does not know me. I called the doctors office to which they said they never received a call. The receptionist then emailed me a new script just to assist. I mean is this right? Will Clicks be held accountable and pay for my medical expenses if I fall sick due to negligence? I am appalled.
