Bad service

I tried getting my perscription medication from Clicks Medicross Randburg. After waiting very long I was told there is an error as all items did not went through on the medical aid. The transaction was cancelled and aI was referred to another pharmacy. I visited Dischem and received the items on the prescription exept 2 items that they told me already went through earlier today. This caused me to go back to Clicks to fetch items that was supposed to be issued at first. I went back to the same lady and she did not even apologise. This is not fun when you are sick and being send from pillar to post. I think Clicks can do much better with service delivery.
