Bad service

So we went to clicks pharmacy at newlands east Durban, to buy meds... anyway we show the pharmacist a picture of exactly what we looking for and still he gives us the wrong medication and we went back to pharmacy to state that he had given us the wrong medication.. we were helped by Zandile Madiba and she wasn't helpful... she didn't even call for assistance.... Mind you I'm not from this area I'm a visitor to the area...
