Bad service clicks store port shepstone

I had a complaint about clicks advertising on SABC 2 tv about hand sanitiser advertised for R11.99 buy 2 get 1 free. No such stock was available when i went to buy. I have had no response from them This is my second complaint in about 2 weeks. Poor show clicks
