Bad service Clicks Southgate

Bad service ever I will never use clicks Southgate the staff have attitude lazy to think on top of that no customer service or whatsoever.i made online purchase and during collection I told them I no longer needed 1 item coz I already bought it somewhere else.they told me no they can't exchange for me coz they dont have it in their store I must go to big clicks and trade root mall.they told me I order for me to get exchange with them I must call clicks online and ask for otp number..I asked for manager he or she didn't come.i used my own airtime to call customer service in order to get my problem resolved...while I was in the store what a bad service..
