Bad service Clicks pharmacy Northgate mall

I was at the clicks pharmacy awhile ago to get my medication and the assistant pharmacist there named chidi Kenneth a Zimbabwean was so rude to me and i reported the issue to the pharmacist named chidza also a Zimbabwean but she did not act and i was at the pharmacy again today 15-05- 2022 and he was very rude to me

I requested to have my repeat medication and he did not put my details correctly on the system thereby the system was not able to pick my details, after numerous attempts i asked to repeat the details and the system picked the details and he scolded me using the word "never you" give me wrong details and i told him that is rude to address a customer such, he was not apologetic and i requested to speak to the duty Manager and he just laughed at me

I came to conclusion that the pharmacist named chidza who i reported the issue to the first time did not action my complaint because the assistant pharmacist is also a Zimbabwean thus covering up for him

I have therefore also decided to lodge a complain with the pharmaceutical board again chidza for failing to uphold the rights of patient to be treated with dignity also to look at her fitness and requisite requirements for her to be employed.

Clicks is a bad pharmacy and sooner or later it will shut down for poor service
