Bad service Clicks Flora Center & HorizonView

Why should the whole world came to a stand still just because of loadshedding. Twice in 2 days my democratical right to basics was violated. Loadshedding does not came from 2 days ago its here for the last 3 years and it's not going to change anytime soon.

Click must plan better come up with other ways to serve clients there is lots of ways : 1. Ups for computers 2.snap or Zapper scan codes 3. Go back to basics and price items manually it worked it the past. 4. Use ordinary calculators to add up.

Click serves is just bad and unprofessional.
