Bad service-Clicks Direct Meds

<p>Gooday,</p> <p>I am a member of Medhsield medical aid and receive my chronic medication via Clicks Direct Medcines. I have been calling them since last week Tuesday 2 May 2017 to enquire as to the delivery of my medication. They have lodged their claim already and have been paid and to date I have not received my it. I have been calling almost everyday and keep being promised that it will be despatched. I asked for a supervisor to call me on Thursday 4 May 2017 and still no call. Yesterday I was told that the parcel had been despatched and to date have not received any confirmation of this as per normal. When I called today I was told it had been despatched today but they not able to send confirmation of this. I am down to no medication at all. Please help</p>
