Bad Service Clicks Direct Medicines.

Good day, I spoke to a consultant by the name of Cindy Swart wanted to make an arrangement about my account, as I'm chronic patient(Dialysis Patient) and I'm getting medication from Clicks Direct, she's telling me that I must pay R1200 I don't have that kind of money this January, atleast someone should have called me last year and prepare me, December I would have cut off the stationery for my kids and pay that R1200.. I'm acknowledging the debt and willing to pay a minimum payment every month to bring the account coming down, and she's telling me about management won't allowed that kind of arrangement.
