bad service clicks Alberton

Dear Clicks I`m not pleased with the service received by Clicks Clinic and the pharmacy in Alberton City. Firstly, why do we have to book appointments if we are not going to be attended right there? Why should we book and spend almost 2 hours just for immunization? We do understand if there is someone in the consulting room but in this case there was nobody. I had to call the store from home for my wife to be attend. Then the nurse comes in and starts telling my wife that why did we book late, doesn't she know the side effects of the immunization, as a nurse she was to advise that going forward rather book for earlier. Not to tell her she must not blame her on the side effects. The guy capturing for medication stats asking why we named our child the way we did and captures the wrong information that I had to cancel my meetings and go there only to find that his capturing the wrong information. I`m a very loyal customer to clicks but today I was fedup with clicks Alberton`s service is really bad. There is only one Sikhumbule Nonkonyanawho gives good service.
