Bad service

So a cashier at clicks store in commissioner refused to punch in my card number as I didn't have my clicks card with, literally forced me to have it on my WhatsApp which I refused and told me that she won't punch in my card number as it's not allowed to my surprise I have been providing with my card no with no issues.. To cut the story short I missed my rewards because of her
