Bad service

Am not happy about lack of service from Clicks clinic in Adderley street, Cape Town. I've made booking for flue vaccine for my daughter and the booking was confirmed. Upon arrival on the appointment date was told they are only left with 3 vaccine which are booked already. My question is for who? What was the point of making booking if they don't have enough stock available. Why didn't I get notification as to the non availability of stock. Am very disappointed Clicks Adderley street with your service
