Bad service

I took my 5 year old daughter with pink eyes to Clicks Pharmacy Lifestyle Center and ask for medicine, the pharmacist gave us eye drops that is for 6 and up. Did not work, we do not have a car no transport, 2 days later I phoned Clicks Pharmacy Centurion Mall and ask for better medicine and asked for delivery because we can not collect, and they could not deliver because it was Sunday so I said please deliver Monday as soon as possible. They phoned me at 10:00 on my number and gave me the correct address asking if this is correct. I said yes the lady said the driver is coming. They then gave the driver the wrong phone number and address. It is know after 12;00 and the medicine was send back to the store. My child is still suffering. This is how they help people.
