BAD SERVICE BY THE TILL

The company now i have been there for almost 9yrs and before we move to Sandton where we are, we use to be at the back of boulders in Tonnetti Street that time i would visit click self medication department and the service was bad even now after 2 yrs moved to Sandton still i find the service still bad slow attitude from the staff the head pharmacist lady is still giving an attitude pity i forgot her name but she is black in completion and short in height,

On Friday 2nd of December 2022 went there to purchase medication in the self department i was not happy with the service of the lady gave me but the i assume she was tired because it was almost closing time got my med and went to the till to pay the Que was very long and they had 4-5 till representatives most they were taking cash and one guy at the till was taking people with card i could say that's why they Que was very long because of that but on a month end they know they have to put extra till representative but they didn't it was so slow yet they had other staff to put by the till but there was nothing my point in all is i have been with the company for 9 yrs but click in boulders their service is really really bad can they pay attention to the customer and add more staff till members so that the Que will move for me i feel their service is still bad even after 9 yrs,
