Bad service by a Pharmacist

I was at clicks pavilion I do understand its a holiday but still we still deserve the customer service, I would like to complain about one of the pharmacist Lungi Sheshane she was so rude and unfriendly, she first told us we were in the wrong que, she could send us back and start the line again, since we don't have prescription letter" I admitted my wrong" and try to explain why I ended up there, then when I ask about vaccination process she said "I don't know just ask at the clinin, just a close response, Wow such a disappointing service, pls assist I shop clicks always every month
