Bad service

So I was feeling sick and I went to clicks at Denlyn this afternoon during my lunch break as an "essential worker" with my work permit and all. I got to the door and aked the lady at the door if I could go in ans just get my meds and leave as i am not feeling well. The lady then told me about people moving around the mall during their lunch time which had absolutely nothing to do with me and what I was there for. I showed her my work permit, she asked which company I work for and I answered I even showed her the permit whioch she did not even look at. I told her I am not feeling well I need medication urgently so I can go back to work she then dismissed me and called the perosn standing next to me. I then called the store to find out what their policy is during this lockdown with regards to essential workers, a gentleman picked up the phone and when I asked about the policy he told me to hold and that went on for over 10 minutes and that is when I decided to put the phone down as I was not getting any assistance from anyone in the store.
