Bad service

My last order was placed on the 25th of May, and I'm still waiting for my parcel. I had to phone them this morning, just to find out that they tried to deliver my parcel on the 28th. I was never informed of anything, and I never received any e-mails regarding my delayed parcel. I really needed these products, but have been waiting for 2 weeks, so I had to buy extra items.

I will not buy online through them again.
