Bad service at prescriptions

This is at Clicks Meyersdal. There is only one pharmacist at prescriptions and she is taking her time. I called this morning to come get my stuff ready, but I still need to wait. This is very bad service. Have been waiting for 30 min and there is still people in the que before me.
