Bad service at pharmacy

I rated this low because when I went to clicks loch Logan, on the 6/11/2025 I explained to the pharmacists by the name of thabo francs Finger that please help me with a product that can be used by someone who is in a process of making a child 👶, I was given two products and I was informed that they are safe to use for for someone who is trying to conceive, with no explanation whatsoever on what to do if I have any issues with the product, and on the case of how to us the product I was directed to the instruction manual inside the medicine box or packaging. Only to find out when I got home reading the instruction before I apply or use the product that this product have a warning which state that (Do Not use VARI-MICONAZOLE 2% m/m ORAL GEL if you are pregnant or you suspect that you are pregnant 🤰, like wise with the second product, (we were told to go back to clicks loch Logan where we bought the product after presenting our issue at clicks mimosa mall since it is close to us) today the 8/11/2025 I went back to clicks loch Logan and they where not willing to assist, I was informed they can’t help with a refund or exchange for some other medicine 💊 because the medicine packaging have been opened the second reason was it has been two days already , then I was informed they cannot help because the manager is not in she will be coming in Monday nor the pharmacist who assisted me this was only after my husband asked to speak to the lady over the phone who said her name was Olga the pharmacist who was on duty today. Overall I was disappointed ☹️ and did not expect to be treated that way now that I need clicks help with the product they sold to me in agreement that it is safe, we where told to come in Monday.
