Bad service at Kempton Square clicks

I went to clicks Kempton square they told me they don’t have medications I’m requesting it was 17:40 the pharmacist told told me the best is for me to go to festival mall they have all the medications they close at 19:00 when I get to the store i found the store closed, I should have took the meds today because I’m having an infection now I’m here struggling
