BAD SERVICE AT CLICKS TRADE ROUTE MALL

On Monday 2020/02/03 I went to Clicks Trade Route to collect my online order. I met a lady by the name Kgomotso Ntsibande who them took my drivers license and went to the back to look for my order. She then came back after a long time with the courier box and put it in front of me and when to the service area to assist other customers leaving me standing there without a word. She came back after _+ 10 minutes and asked me for a pin. I then asked her why does it take so long to collect an order and she didn't respond and she just gave me the pad to sing and gave me my license back. I told her that I am not happy about her service and she just looked at me. I am really not happy the service at Clicks is pathetic. My cellphone number is ***.
