Bad Service at Clicks, The Berg, Bergbron

The Bergbron shopping center on the corner of Bergbron and Gordon roads is walking distance from my house. This morning, just after 11h00 I drove o Clicks hoping to purchase Famucaps that a friend recommended to cure my cold or flu. One is invisible when you enter - no-one acknowledging or greeting you. The queueing system's printer was out of paper and a pharmacist came to replace the printing roll and as he did so I asked about the availability of the capsules. Wow! The look I received. At least I received a reply..."yes we have". Short, not so sweet. I obtained my queueing number and sat down. Only one other person seated and two customers being tended to at 2 of the seven till points with 4 or five others behind the counter busy unpacking stock or just chatting to whomever was standing around on their side of the counter. I was number 44 for the day. More people arrived, queueing numbers in hand and as I sat waiting people were being called who arrived after I did, number 46, 47 and the third time that happened I got up and left. Enough. I went to Waterval Pharmacy in De La Rey, walked in, was greeting by each of the 3 people behind the counter, asked about the effectiveness of the recommended medication, paid and left with each of the 3 greeting me again. Never will I ever pay a visit to Clicks, Bergbron again. Waterval Pharmacy might be a distance to travel but the friendly service and efficiency made the trip well worth the effort. I'm curious to know whether other residents of Florida Glen, Bergbron and Northcliff have also been dissapointed by the unfriendly, slow service at Clicks , Bergbron.
