BAD SERVICE AT CLICKS STORE AND THEIR HEAD OFFICE

Good day. I was at a Clicks store in Maponya Mall on 19/05/2021 16:44. I am not happy with their service at all and also how the manager laughed at me for what I was asking. They have a promo running now on the Clicks brand, so I was looking at plasters. The ticketing says " purchase any 2 plasters and the 3rd one for free, meaning it's a 3 for 2. I asked one of their guy staff members and he called the manager, when the manager came he laughed at was I was asking so I don't know if it's embarrassing or wrong for me to ask. I wanted to buy boil plasters and he says there are not on promo yet they are also a Clicks brand. It it simple English thats written on the ticketing, people who don't understand it should not even be managers. I called head office and the lady said they cannot override the store's decision. WOW
