Bad Service at Clicks Pharmacy

Good day,

I am beyond shocked by the service I received at Clicks Pharmacy Protea Glen Soweto.

I have been a Clicks customer for the time I started varsity and that was 10 years ago.

I have 6 months repeated prescription and a 2 months prescription for Fertomid and Folic acid respectively. I haven't been receiving any smses from the store to collect my medication. I decided to collect the Fertomid last evening and I was told that it was not possible because my prescription has expired.

The manner that this was relayed to me utterly rude. Solom Villa, the pharmacist who was assisting me told me to leave and pointed at me and told me I was waisting other patient's time. I asked to see his manager on duty and he pointed at him and said I should go talk to her as he needed to assist other customers.

He further continued to say I am not a customer on this side, I am a patient and should behave as such.

I know Clicks is a big retail chain and prides itself and giving the best customer service. The store manager was not on duty, there was only a manager in training.
