Bad service at Clicks Linksfield Benoni

On the 4th of June 2019 I went to clicks Linksfield in Benoni. I was assisted by a rude, very rude man named Mr JC de Waal. He has no customer care watsover. I gave him my prescription and to my suprise he did not tell me on how to give my son medication, like how many times a day and etc... which pharmacist usually do, however he was able to tell me about the levy owed but no instructions on the medication. I paid the levy using my medical aid on which my younger son is not included there but he is includeded on my husband medical aid. I gave him two medical aids. one for levey that will come from my medical aid and one for my husband which my younger son is includeded on .however the levey and the prescription bill was taken from my medical aid on which my younger son is not included on. on the prescription it shows Rhulani which is my younger son's name and he is on my husband medical aid.On the medication and bill it shows Oratilwe which is my old son who is included on my medical aid. The way he is so incompetenet he didn't compare names on the prescription as well as on the medical aid. He showed no interest on helping me , and he is always like that. i called the supervisor but he did not help. I want clicks to reverse the bill from my medical aid, what the did is reckless and fradulant, all becouse of an *********** man.
