Bad service at Clicks Eastrand mall

I went to Clicks Eastrand mall to collect my order which I had bought online. When I got there I asked the security guard where to go to collect my order then he directed me to the right place which had no one to assist me...

So I waited for a couple of minutes until I decided to ask a guy who I saw was walking up and down behind the cashiers for assistance but he just gave me a hand gesture to say I must wait...

By the time he came to me I was already annoyed cause I know for a fact that he saw me standing there for a while but never bothered to acknowledge me. I asked him what was his name because he didn’t even have a name badge on and he said his name is Richard Mawuza.

He greeted me with attitude and asked for my ID and Sms. So I took out my ID and tried to hand it over to him and he said he’s not gonna touch my ID I must open it up and show it to him together with the Sms on my phone which I did cause all I wanted to do was to leave that store without causing a scene.

Then he just left me standing there without saying where he was going... after waiting there again unattended I decided to ask another lady who worked there if she knows where could the guy who was assisting me have disappeared to and she just brushed me off by saying he probably went to collect my order.

I’ve been going to clicks Eastrand mall ever since I started working at the mall in 2011 and I have never experienced such bad service from them until yesterday. I also work at a retail environment and I know exactly what kind of service I should be getting because I also strive to give the best service no matter how bad my day could be going that day but I never take it out on my clients...
