Bad service at Clicks Centurion Lake Mall

I bought a concealer from clicks Centurion, in November however it was the wrong colour , I returned it with no issues however it was still the wrong colour so I went back with a sample. A white old lady at the service desk today, had a screening match in front of other customers opened the conseler saying this was used you can see it was used, this cannot be returned again. I was so disappointed at the service received today please tell us if we are not supposed to return items not meeting our needs? Clicks this just bad service, I was so down I lost the strength to get into a screaming match with an old lady. I'l be moving to Dischem as they know and understand customer service.
